For an additional fee of £20 per hour we can provide an engineer to operate the PA equipment during the hire period, if this option is selected any delivery charges (and any additional equipment fees) are reduced. With this option we can also provide background music to reflect the event at no additional cost.
Engineers are avaliable to hire 24/7 (not just inside our core hours of 9am to 9pm).
You will need to hire the engineer for a minimum of 30mins before the event starts to setup and 30mins after the event to take down.
Example: – If the event is 8.00pm to 10.00pm you would need to hire the engineer for 3 hours, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm for setup and take down of the equipment.
